Australian Citizenship ceremony welcomes more than 100 local residents to officially become the Sunshine Coast's newest Australian Citizens.

A crowd of 300 people are being expected to help celebrate the fourth Australian citizenship ceremony of the year by Sunshine Coast Council.
The ceremony is considered as an integral part of the way for new Australian citizens to permanently live in Australia and it can be an emotional ceremony not only for them but also for their families and friends.
The ceremony will be presented by Sunshine Coast Council, featuring local entertainment, Sunshine Statesman Barbershop Chorus, Andrew Redford and the Butchella Dance Troupe in the ceremony.
